Gratitude is not just for Thanksgiving anymore. Gratitude practiced every day of the year—or most days anyway—is a way to conquer life’s challenges, including depression and recovery.

There are endless ways in which we can do this, so stay tuned for another blog on this.

I love finding gratitude quotes in my social media feeds. They help remind me to be grateful for that moment and day. The ability to appreciate and stay present in the moment is useful in recovery as you develop your coping skills. Sign up for some of these gratitude messages; they may help you in your recovery.

I am happy to share some of my favorites. You can contact me at dreich@thecolemaninstitute.com. If you have general questions about our detox program, please call us at 877-773-3869.
